BOLD AND BRAVE RETURN POLICY

Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with them. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment. Returns must be completed by mail. Items must be unused to be eligible for return. Start a Return Here. 
  • Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and ineligible for store credit unless there is a defect. This policy does not affect your statutory rights protected by law.
    Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging. Item packaging may include protective cover, boxes, and dust bags.
  • Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package. Do not include other items.
  • Refunds are made in the original form of payment less than the return shipping fee of $9.99.
  • We are unable to send merchandise return labels for international returns at this time.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact us emailing support@boldbrave.com. 

REFUND TIMELINES

We will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email letting you know that we’ve received your return. Once accepted and processed, you will see your refund (original payment less than shipping fees) in 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
