BOLD AND BRAVE RETURN POLICY

Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with them. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment. Returns must be completed by mail. Items must be unused to be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us by filling out this form.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging. Item packaging may include protective cover, boxes, and dust bags.
  • Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package. Do not include other items.
  • Refunds are made in the original form of payment less than the return shipping fee depending on your location.
  • We are unable to send merchandise return labels for international returns at this time.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact us by filling out this form.

REFUND TIMELINES

We will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email letting you know that we’ve received your return. Once accepted and processed, you will see your refund (original payment less than shipping fees) in 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
